Entry
Start in a secure side mount position controlling your opponent’s upper body
Control
Position your arm either beneath their head for tighter control or in a standard side mount. Apply steady pressure on their chest with your body weight to restrict movement
Execution
While maintaining chest pressure, perform a knee slide across their waist, smoothly transitioning to the full mount
Transition
Once in full mount, you can adjust to a high mount by sliding your knees towards their armpits. Make sure to keep your feet flat on the ground for enhanced control and stability
